How coaching works

Lifestyle coaching in perimenopause

Approach

What does a programme with Solid look like?

  1. 01
    15 min

    Introductory call

A free introductory conversation. You tell me what you're struggling with and what you'd like to achieve in a traject, and I'll look at what I can do for you.

  2. 02
    90 min

    Intake

You come to my practice and I take a detailed case history. We go through a number of areas, including your medical history, your symptoms and your current lifestyle. Afterwards I get to work and build a personal plan for you.

  3. 03
    60 min

    Your personal plan

Every woman is different, so everyone gets a plan made to measure across nutrition, stress, sleep and movement. Two weeks after the intake we go through your plan together, and from there you can start taking steps yourself. In between you can always reach me by WhatsApp or phone if you have questions.

  4. 04
    60 min

    Follow-up consultation

Online, by phone or in person. New lifestyle habits take a few weeks, sometimes a few months, to have an effect. After about 4 weeks we look at how things are going, whether you've been able to put the steps into practice, and where you might still have questions or need personal support.

  5. 05

    Final evaluation after 3 months

How are you doing now? Have you reached your personal goals? Do you need any adjustments?

In person or online

Meet in person in Aruba, or work together entirely online โ€” whatever fits your schedule.
