Solid Aruba

Frequently asked questions

The questions people ask before booking an intake.

What does a traject cost?

PLACEHOLDER — pricing is still to be decided. Solid Aruba is positioned as affordable, and the intention is to state prices plainly here rather than hide them behind a phone call.

How long does a traject take?

PLACEHOLDER — typically a few months, since hormonal change is slow, but the exact structure and session count still need to be defined.

Is this a replacement for my doctor?

No. Coaching works alongside medical care, never instead of it. I don't diagnose conditions and I don't prescribe medication. If something belongs with your GP or a specialist, I'll say so.

In which languages can we work?

Dutch and English — sessions and written material both. Choose whichever you're most comfortable in.

Do we meet in person or online?

Either. In person in Aruba, or fully online if that fits your schedule better. Many people mix the two.

Do I need blood work first?

PLACEHOLDER — depends on how the practice chooses to work with lab results. To be decided.

What if I'm not sure this is for me?

Book the free intake. It's a conversation with no obligation, and if I don't think I can help you, I'll tell you honestly and point you somewhere better.

Still have a question?

Ask it in the free intake, or send a message — you'll get a straight answer either way.
